With more than 13 years of M&A experience across Melbourne and London, Mr. How’s primary focus area is the provision of tailored advice on private equity investment and other large multinational M&A throughout the deal cycle, including tax due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), structuring, project financing, and financial model review.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. How was a Senior Manager with EY International Tax and Transaction Services in Melbourne, where he gained significant experience advising some of the largest renewable energy transition projects and successful platform transactions in Australia.
Mr. How is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of both CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
