Mr. Mazza specializes in providing financial advisory and due diligence services to private equity sponsors and corporate clients. He has worked on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as pre-acquisition, sell-side, and restructuring engagements across industries including retail and consumer products, industrial manufacturing, business services, healthcare, IT services, infrastructure, and energy.

Mr. Mazza’s notable assignments at A&M have included leading several due diligence projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (financial, commercial, tax, etc.). His clients include leading international and local private equity firms such as ProA Capital, Peninsula Capital, Audax Private Equity, Azimut Investments, H.I.G. Capital, Nextalia Investment Management, and Invitalia).

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mazza spent six years with EY’s transaction advisory services team, where he most recently served as a manager, advising private equity and corporate clients on buy-side, sell-side, restructuring, and financial reporting engagements.

Mr. Mazza earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Sacred Heart of Milan and a master’s degree (cum laude) in business management from Sapienza University of Rome. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) in Italy (Rome chapter). An Italian national, Mr. Mazza is fluent in Italian and English.
