Mr. Job has worked with stock-listed multinational corporations (MNCs) in Switzerland for over 25 years. He has a successful history of working in the chemical industry and collaboratively leading teams from different cultures.

Mr. Job brings extensive international tax experience in transforming the portfolios of chemical groups through mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganizations, as well as in improving the tax rate of MNCs.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Job spent 23 years as Global Head of Tax at Clariant and two years as Global Head of Tax at EMS-Chemie Group.

Mr. Job supported Clariant in the acquisition and integration of four large chemical groups, including the carve-out and disposal of 12 major business units. The corresponding values amounted to tens of billions of Swiss francs. At Clariant, he was further responsible for the tax planning, due diligence, and negotiations of various mergers with large chemical groups.

Mr. Job earned an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a PhD from the University of Zurich.
