Ms. Lidzheeva’s notable engagements have included the rapid results assessment and implementation for an online consumer services company, where she identified potential cost reduction opportunities in finance and human resources and process improvement and supplier management opportunities to significantly reduce costs in content indexing. She also negotiated a 3PL contract with a supplier in Europe for a Tier 1 automotive supplier, where she worked on a team that led a comprehensive network optimization in North America with the consolidation of four distribution centers into one center of excellence.
Additionally, Ms. Lidzheeva was involved in the synergy assessment for a merger of two medical device manufacturers with a combined revenue of $360 million, resulting in the identification of 15% cost reduction opportunities in sales, general and administrative functions, and the development of implementation plans and the synergy assessment for two SaaS companies with the identification of potential opportunities in sales force optimization and compensation alignment, back-office functions re-organization and outsourcing.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Lidzheeva served with Frontenac, where she acted as the single point of contact for operational, human capital and technology diligence and development of value creation plans for all new platforms. She led performance improvement efforts for portfolio companies; developed strategic growth initiatives alongside management teams; and selected consulting partners for implementation.
Furthermore, Ms. Lidzheeva developed merger integration, G&A optimization, IT and cybersecurity and several other playbooks for Frontenac that have been adopted across the portfolio. Previously, she spent more than six years as Director with A&M. Before, Ms. Lidzheeva served with KPMG Advisory and Booz &Company.
Ms. Lidzheeva earned an MBA (concentration in operations and strategy) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and fluent in Russian and Spanish.
