With more than 13 years of financial due diligence experience, Mr. Arbadji has worked on more than 70 transactions across various sectors, notably technology, FMCG, industrial manufacturing, and energy and utilities. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Arbadji spent 12 years with PwC’s Transaction Services in Paris and Dubai, where he most recently served as Director. Notably, he worked on transactions including several carve-outs for ENGIE across the EMEA region, the acquisition of Suez by Veolia, and several buy- and sell-side mandates for Bridgepoint Group and TowerBrook. 

Mr. Arbadji earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University of Beirut and a master’s degree in banking and finance from Bangor University, UK. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
