Fulvio Taglialatela

Mr. Taglialatela specializes in supporting underperforming and financially distressed businesses and stakeholders to address pressures and effect turnarounds, regain control, manage crisis, improve return to creditors and limit exposure to risk and bad debt through a full suite of services. He has worked across a range of industries, including real estate, hospitality, consumer products, automotive and energy.
Additionally, Mr. Taglialatela’s notable assignments include: Schneider Group financial restructuring; Pibiplast S.p.A. independent business review; Goldoni S.p.A. composition with creditors; SKG Group debt refinancing; Percassi Group independent business review; CMSA independent business review; Borea S.p.A. composition with creditors; Rolfo Group debt refinancing; and Dalle Nogare Group financial restructuring.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Taglialatela spent more than eight years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, where he was involved in mainly the borrower side as Financial Advisor in many restructuring processes based on art.67 IBL, art. 182 bis IBL, composition with creditors, short term cash forecast, debt advisory, independent business review and UTP portfolios due diligence.
Furthermore, Mr. Taglialatela served as part of the advisory team supporting Prelios Group in the acquisition of a €10 billion portfolio from ISP and BPM in the sale of a €1.3 billion portfolio to AMCO and CF. Before that, Mr. Taglialatela served with UBI Group in corporate lending, focusing on corporate structural development (investment programs aimed at corporate development, including real estate, equipment, technological innovation, industrial and shipping sectors) and in Lucciola & Partners, focusing on debt restructuring and distressed M&A deals.
Mr. Taglialatela earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of Naples and an MBA from LUISS Business School. He is an Italian Chartered Accountant, Milan chapter and a Registered Auditor at the Ministry of Justice of Italy. An Italian national, Mr. Taglialatela is fluent in Italian and English.
