Mr. Koerber has more than 20 years of technology and advisory experience and specializes in IT strategic planning, corporate performance improvement and merger integration. Mr. Koerber has broad industry experience but focuses on commercial real estate owners and operators.

Mr. Koerber recently served in an interim IT leadership capacity for a diversified real estate company during conversion to REIT status. His responsibilities included strategic planning, program management, systems architecture and implementation of multiple software solutions.

His past experiences include merger services for a $7.4 billion commercial real estate owner, and the integration of back-office accounting and finance systems. Mr. Koerber has provided similar services to other real estate related companies including due diligence, synergy analysis and “Day 1” planning for the successful merger of two hotel operators with over $2 billion in property revenues under management.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Koerber was a Los Angeles-based Manager in Ernst & Young’s Business Advisory Services group working on corporate performance improvement initiatives with a specialization in technology solutions. He previously held consulting roles for Salesforce.com and Oracle Corporation.

Mr. Koerber earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego.
