Francesco Scorza
Mr. Scorza has developed significant experience advising many Italian financial institutions on strategy, operations, and digital transformation related to sub-performing and nonperforming assets. He has worked closely with leading credit servicing players, both in Italy and abroad. Mr. Scorza has also worked in the real estate space, particularly in asset management and restructuring in both commercial and distressed contexts. In this field, he has led numerous engagements related to corporate restructuring and value recovery. Mr. Scorza has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor in the credit servicing and NPE strategy space.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Scorza was an Expert Partner at Bain & Company, where he spent over two decades advising midsized corporations on full potential transformation programs. His areas of focus included value creation planning, operating model redesign, and orchestration of complex change initiatives to align company structures and ways of working with evolving strategic goals.
Throughout his career, Mr. Scorza has served a broad range of corporate clients and worked with most major Italian banks. His project work has spanned SG&A optimization, procurement and production cost reduction, process reengineering, and design of performance management systems at both business unit and group levels.
Mr. Scorza earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (with honors) from the University of Genoa and an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. An Italian national, he is also fluent in English.
