Felicia Lyon

Ms. Lyon’s expertise lies in transforming organizational design, cultivating leadership and talent, and driving impactful change management. She helps her clients to shift paradigms, optimizing their ways of working and organization structure, and inspiring and engaging teams while exceeding business objectives.
Ms. Lyon’s notable achievements include: designing an offshore innovation hub for a Fortune 20 healthcare leader; unlocking $50 million in potential labor savings for a large healthcare system by redesigning the job architecture and reducing imbalanced spans and layers; and restructuring a regional healthcare system’s leadership team to streamline operations and build a robust succession plan.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Lyon served as a Principal in KPMG’s Workforce Transformation practice, where she achieved 20% growth in the Organizational Design practice, contributed to $100 million in revenue for the firm, and co-developed KPMG’s Generative AI Workforce Transformation solution. Before KPMG, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to build a successful boutique consulting firm, connecting business strategy with human capital.
Ms. Lyon earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Roosevelt University, Chicago. A Certified Executive Coach, she actively contributes to her local communities in both San Diego and Red Lodge, Montana and serves on the Board of the nonprofit Operation for Hope.
