With more than 15 years of experience in payroll transformation and compliance, Mr. Mahbub has a proven track record of working with renowned global and local clients in all three areas of payroll operations management: as an in-house payroll leader, trusted consultant, and outsourced service provider. He brings rare expertise in various payroll systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle, and Ceridian.

Mr. Mahbub’s notable assignments include designing a global payroll transformation roadmap for Worley’s 49 countries of operation and managing TMF Group’s payroll services for Australia and New Zealand, covering over 300 clients. He has worked with clients across various industries, including retail, oil and gas, health services, and IT services.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mahbub spent seven years with Big Four consulting firms EY and PwC in Sydney, where he most recently served as a Senior Manager with People Advisory Services.

Mr. Mahbub earned a master’s degree in human resource management from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).  He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the AHRI and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
