Erica Lister

With more than ten years of healthcare consulting experience, Ms. Lister has worked with private equity investors, system administrators, operators and legal counselors in hospital systems and practices, behavioral health centers, research institutes and academic medical centers.
Most recently at A&M, Ms. Lister served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Business Operations at Meridian Behavioral Health. Her other notable engagements include the University of California San Diego, Care New England, Franciscan Missionaries of our Lady Health System, Cambridge Health Alliance, and Nevada Cancer Institute.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Lister spent two years with America’s Essential Hospitals (formerly National Association of Public Hospitals) in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Lister earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in public health from George Washington University. She is a member of the International Association of Women, Chair of A&M’s Healthcare Industry Group Diversity & Inclusion Employee Engagement Sub-Committee and President of the Board at Women’s Advocates, a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence.
