Eric Poitevin
Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Poitevin has developed a distinctive expertise at the intersection of industrial complexity and financial transaction advisory. He has led or co-led over 150 transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, working with major energy groups, global logistics and infrastructure operators, infrastructure funds, private equity sponsors, and investment banks on some of the most consequential deals in these sectors.
Mr. Poitevin’s sector coverage is broad. In energy, he has advised on transactions involving gas transmission and storage infrastructure, liquid natural gas portfolios, petroleum terminals and logistics, downstream operations across multiple geographies, and renewable energy platforms including solar, wind, and biomethane. In infrastructure, his work has encompassed critical services, maritime and port logistics, digital infrastructure, water utilities, and multi-technical services. In chemicals, Mr. Poitevin brings particular expertise in specialty chemicals and industrial carve-outs, an area where he is able to bridge technical complexity with transaction execution.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Poitevin was a Partner at KPMG Transaction Services in Paris, where he developed the Chemicals, Energy & Infrastructure practice.
Mr. Poitevin earned a master’s degree in finance from Toulouse School of Economics and is a Chartered Accountant (CA). He advises clients across France and internationally.
