Emilio de la Torre

With more than 15 years of business experience advising companies, Mr. de la Torre has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, industrial products, hospitality and construction, power and utilities and automotive. He has worked on numerous assignments in Spain in the refinancing process, helping clients raise new finance and optimize debt structure.
Mr. de la Torre has been involved in projects across various services, including construction and hospitality (Aldesa, Terratest, Duro Felguera, Grupo Murias Procisa, Goya Real Estate, Martinsa Fadesa and Hesperia), retail (Acturus “El Ganso” and Gocco Confec), power and utilities (Oil Distribution Terminal and Jadash Petroleum), automotive (Vilella Rhan or Grupo Harald Flick) and analysis of portfolios (Octopus).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. de la Torre spent 12 years with EY Restructuring & Debt Advisory in Madrid and PwC’s BRS/Assurance Team, where he most recently served as Director in Debt Advisory and distress M&A projects (ticket sales, new alternative financing and NPLs) and coordinated several creditor and debtor restructuring processes.
Mr. de la Torre earned a BBA from Colegio Universitarios de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF). He is fluent in Spanish and English.
