Ms. Gonzales’s extensive experience includes implementing $18 million in margin improvement at a $1 billion health system, focusing on supply chain, clinical operations improvement, and pharmacy optimization. She also led a seven-hospital system in the Midwest during its implementation of a centralized system-wide transfer center and a reduction in length of stay, resulting in $25 million in revenue. Ms. Gonzales notably led the operational and technical design and execution of a surgical and procedural command center at a 700-bed hospital in North Carolina to improve throughput, drive KPIs in line with system goals, and integrate all previously disparate procedural departments and operations.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gonzales held leadership roles at GE HealthCare, Impact Advisors, and Premier. During her time at Premier, she served as the Clinical Enterprise Practice Leader focused on sales, business and pipeline development, and delivery of clinically focused and enterprise margin improvement engagements. Ms. Gonzales sold and delivered results for various clients ranging between $1 million and $13 million in fees. Additionally, she led a target account planning effort across various business units at Premier, resulting in 14 focused pursuits and $4 million in additional fees.

Ms. Gonzales earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and international peace studies from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in public health from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from The George Washington University.
