Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Meza served as Strategy Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy, where he led major infrastructure and investment planning initiatives for various clients. Previously, Mr. Meza provided subject-matter expertise in market entry and profitability benchmarking. He evaluated the feasibility of a US service launch for a leading multinational conglomerate, developing the business case and operational model that led to a circa $300 million approved investment. He also developed an industry benchmarking model to identify peer sets and extract insights for a global operator, identifying opportunities for a circa 40% margin improvement across network and back-office functions.
Mr. Meza earned a bachelor’s degree in management and leadership from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
