Ms. Ravichandran brings more than 15 years of experience in transaction strategy and operations, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, cost reductions and growth strategies. She provides strategic consulting services to senior and executive finance leaders in a transaction environment on structuring and operating a transaction from diligence through post-close.

Ms. Ravichandran has executed transactions ranging from $30 million to $14 billion. She has deep expertise executing complex deals pre- and post- acquisition, including leading PMOs, Day 1 readiness, synergy assessments and tracking, interim and future-state operations for finance and accounting (F&A) organizations. She designed and stood up several F&A TSAs for acquirees and acquirers ranging from three months to one year.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Ravichandran led and guided organizations through complex transactions and transformations, including SPACs, IPOs, joint ventures, cost reductions, business process enhancements, ERP implementations and others. She worked extensively leading internal audit departments, including standing up internal controls and SOX compliance, at EY.

Ms. Ravichandran started her career as an external auditor at Deloitte.

Ms. Ravichandran earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola University, New Orleans and a master’s degree in accounting from University of New Orleans. She is a licensed CPA in NY, NJ and IL (active) and in LA (inactive).
