With more than 17 years of international tax and M&A experience, Mr. Lavelle has supported multinational companies and private equity clients across many industries, including life sciences, technology, infrastructure, retail, and healthcare, with their Irish tax affairs. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A, structuring, due diligence, intellectual property strategies, cross-border financing, corporate reorganizations, and other international tax matters. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lavelle was an International Tax Partner at DLA Piper in Dublin. Before that, he was a Partner at William Fry, a large domestic Irish law firm, and also previously spent a number of years working at Deloitte in the International Tax practice. 

Mr. Lavelle earned a BCom in accounting from University of Galway (formerly the National University of Ireland, Galway). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants in Ireland (FCA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
