Mr. Schneidman’s experience spans growth strategy and commercial transformation, with a focus on marketing, sales, product, and talent. He specializes in sales and marketing optimization, channel strategy improvement, portfolio and product management, go-to-market strategy, and business planning.

Mr. Schneidman has extensive experience across a variety of consumer verticals including beauty, personal care, over-the-counter products, alcohol, and food and beverage. His notable assignments include managing the largest brand in the global portfolio of a CPG Fortune 500 firm, which included an $850 million profit and loss with a $300 million sales and marketing budget; leading the commercial post-merger integration of a newly acquired $1.5 billion portfolio, which focused on building new operational processes for the entire business; transforming a $250 million fragrance category into a holistic personal care portfolio; and partnering with a global alcohol M&A team to identify US whitespace opportunities and launch newly acquired international brands in the US market.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Schneidman was an Executive at several Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods (CPG) firms, including Coty Inc., Anheuser-Busch, and Reckitt Benckiser Group, where he specialized in brand management and corporate strategy. He developed and implemented multiple operational improvements, focusing on top-line growth, go-to-market strategy, and commercial transformation. Mr. Schneidman also has substantial consulting and investing experience, including leading the Marketing Strategy & Operations practice for a $70 billion private equity firm and managing the CPG division of a $400-million venture capital firm.

Mr. Schneidman earned a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Union College, New York, and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
