David Quigley
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Quigley has served in Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and CFO-supporting roles with demonstrated achievements in improving company results. He excels at addressing complex business issues, from strategy and planning through to execution, while implementing strategies for liquidity improvement, internal control enhancement, risk mitigation, cost transparency, margin improvement, and finance organization transformation.
Mr. Quigley’s notable roles include serving as Interim CFO for a $170 million aerospace and defense company, where he was key in the execution of a financial restructuring and change of control transaction that reduced debt leverage by 60% and injected $25 million of incremental liquidity into operations. While there, Mr. Quigley led the finance and accounting teams and served as a trusted business partner to effectively manage change in the organization, creating visible leadership and driving a successful business turnaround. He also served as Interim Chief Administration Officer (CAO) for a $1.5 billion private equity infrastructure services company, where he led the remediation effort of multiple material weaknesses in internal control during a six-month transformation, established ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and ASC 450 Contingencies controls and training platforms, extended the maturity of a key financing agreement, and oversaw the annual audit process.
In addition, Mr. Quigley served as Vice President of Finance for a $200 million financial services company during a successful initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, where he directed the financial reporting and FP&A functions, implemented a Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX)–compliant control environment, and integrated 18 acquisitions within two years, doubling revenue and increasing EBITDA margin. Furthermore, he served as Director of FP&A for a $900 million consumer plastics manufacturer and as Director of FP&A and Treasury for a $900 million publicly traded, highly acquisitive media and technology company.
Mr. Quigley earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern University and an MBA from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University.
