Mr. Bortot focuses on complex restructuring transactions, including financial reviews and restructuring advice, stakeholder options analysis, and multi-tiered stakeholder management. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, wholesale and distribution, and healthcare.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bortot worked in the Restructuring team at Deloitte in Italy and the U.K., where he served as Director. In this role, he assisted international lenders and borrowers in stressed and distressed situations.

Previously, Mr. Bortot worked in the M&A and Debt Advisory team at PwC in Italy and China, where he provided advisory services to investors, boards, and lenders across a variety of sectors and jurisdictions.

Mr. Bortot earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. He is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor.
