Dan Webber
Mr. Webber specializes in business plan preparation and review, cash-flow forecasting, Chapter 11 contingency planning, and assessing recapitalization alternatives. He has worked across industries including media and telecommunications, aviation, automotive, healthcare, power and utilities, and industrials.
Mr. Webber’s notable clients include Marelli Holdings, Spirit Airlines, a publicly traded multibillion-dollar power and utilities company, Orbital Infrastructure Group, a healthcare provider portfolio company, a building materials portfolio company, Intelsat S.A., GateHouse Media, and Reader’s Digest.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Webber spent six years with the publicly traded Tribune Media in Chicago, where he served as Senior Director of Corporate Finance. Mr. Webber was a key member of the company’s review of strategic alternatives, culminating in multiple asset dispositions and the sale of the company. Prior to Tribune Media, Mr. Webber was an investment banker at Moelis & Company in New York.
Mr. Webber earned a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
