Mr. Rodríguez has more than 13 years of experience providing M&A advisory across Spain, Europe, and Latin America, and has developed his career in Madrid. He has provided deal advisory on buy- and sell-side due diligence, carve-outs, assessments of historical and projected financial performance, business plan review, accounting policies, purchase price adjustments, and post-merger integration projects.

Mr. Rodríguez has worked with both corporate and institutional clients across various industries, including consumer, business services, financial services, mobility, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Mr. Rodríguez’s notable assignments include: buy-side due diligence in the potential acquisition of an aerospace company by a private-equity-owned portfolio company; buy-side due diligence of a food and beverage company by a private-equity-owned portfolio company; an interim Chief Financial Officer role in an insulated packaging solutions company for the pharma sector; buy-side due diligence on the potential acquisition of an agro-biotechnology player by a private equity fund; buy-side due diligence on Select Botanical; pre-due diligence on Sabater Spices for a private equity fund; and buy-side due diligence on Frías Nutrición for Tikehau Capital. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rodríguez was a Senior Manager with the Deloitte M&A transaction services team in Madrid, where he co-led buy- and sell-side due diligence projects on a wide range of industries. Before that, Mr. Rodriguez worked with Deloitte’s Financial Services Audit department in Madrid.

Mr. Rodríguez earned a BBA and a master’s degree in audit and management development, both from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE), Madrid.
