Claudia Lotti
Ms. Lotti has 25+ years of advisory and interim experience in operational turnaround, strategic planning, and performance improvement engagements. She blends management consulting and managerial expertise to drive operational improvements and recovery plans. She has served in interim managerial roles, mainly within the finance function, notably serving as Chief Transformation Officer for a luxury Italian company facing operational restructuring, acting as General Manager for an Italian group operating in underwear in the operational turnaround and redundancy program design and implementation, and acting as Finance Director for a global steel rope manufacturer.
Ms. Lotti’s experience includes the design and execution of large turnaround programs, involving cost rationalization, organization optimization, cash flow improvements, and capital structure optimization. She works with diverse shareholders (including family-owned, private equity-owned, and public) in mid-sized and large international corporations mainly in the consumer products and industrials sectors.
Ms. Lotti’s notable engagements include supporting a leading integrated player in the paper industry in a restructuring process and a major global aviation group in a capital structure optimization process after COVID-19. She also supported the financial and operational turnaround of major construction groups in Italy. Relevant credentials in the fashion and luxury business space include Kering Group and Ferragamo, and in the luxury yacht space, Nautor Swan.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Lotti was Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice of FTI Consulting and opened the Milan office. Before that, she was part of the Turnaround practice at Boston Consulting Group in Milan and the Turnaround & Restructuring practice at AlixPartners in Milan and London.
Ms. Lotti earned a bachelor’s degree in economics (economic and social sciences, DES) from Bocconi University and a master’s degree in finance from London Business School.
