Carol Ng
Ms. Ng has worked with clients spanning commercial real estate sponsors and corporates as well as clients in the energy sector, including infrastructure, renewables, and oil and gas. She also advises tribal entities and sovereign wealth funds on specialized hedging and valuation needs.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Ng has executed and advised on more than $2 billion in interest rate derivatives, helping clients manage floating-rate debt exposure through option and swap solutions. She is also involved in commodity valuation assignments, further broadening her expertise across asset classes.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Ng served as Head of Client Success at Derivative Path, a fintech capital markets platform, where she led advisory and execution support for a diverse client base, including banks and private equity sponsors. She also held senior roles at Derivative Logic and Chatham Financial, where she specialized in derivatives education, execution strategy, and risk management, including foreign exchange hedging.
Ms. Ng earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and an MBA from Brigham Young University, Utah. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). A Hong Kong native, she is fluent in Cantonese.
