With more than 14 years of professional services experience, Ms. Chan provides investors with guidance on financial strategy, operations, and due diligence. Ms. Chan has worked on deals ranging in value from $20 million to $3 billion across software and technology sectors, including education technology, healthcare IT, e-commerce, media and communications, and IT services and outsourcing. She has advised throughout all phases of transactions, from initial evaluation to purchase agreement support and purchase price negotiations.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Chan spent three years at a Canadian high-growth technology startup, where she led the company’s corporate development and investor relations activities and oversaw financial strategy and operations. Before that, she worked with Deloitte’s Transaction Services practice and Assurance and Advisory department in Toronto.

Ms. Chan earned a bachelor’s degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University, Ontario. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada.
