Brittain Gulden is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Los Angeles. Mr. Gulden specializes in helping executives and their teams successfully shape strategic vision and execute transformative initiatives with clarity and confidence.  His primary areas of concentration include transaction strategy and execution, synergy capture and value creation, business model transformation, and product and go-to-market strategy.

With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Gulden has a proven track record partnering with clients in technology and telecommunications to grow, optimize, and steer their businesses for success in constantly evolving markets. Notably, Mr. Gulden led accelerated integration and value capture for an internet service provider and a cloud and IT solutions provider pursuing rapid revenue growth. Mr. Gulden also managed a portfolio of transaction and transformation programs to build a leading mobile wireless business and support the deployment of a nationwide 5G wireless network in the US for a global connectivity company. Additionally, Mr. Gulden advises broadly on transaction, operational, and commercial topics for communications service providers, data center operators, cloud and IT service providers, and mobile and Internet of Things–technology developers.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gulden was a Senior Director with EY-Parthenon’s Digital Infrastructure practice, where he led diligence, close readiness, post-close transformation, and value realization on over $100 billion of M&A deal value. Additionally, Mr. Gulden has served as an advisor with IBM Global Business Services and held roles in industry, including advising on deal strategy for Disney’s Interactive Media Group and leading capital investment and efficiency programs for a global manufacturer.

Mr. Gulden earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
