Brian Zhou
With more than 12 years of healthcare experience, Mr. Zhou has led major transformation engagements across a wide breadth of provider types, including major hospitals and health systems, multispecialty physicians’ groups, emergency care, urgent care, durable medical equipment, dermatology, physical therapy, oncology, radiology, behavioral health, and outpatient dialysis. Additionally, he has extensive experience bridging RCM analyses and outcomes with financial reporting processes.
Most notably at A&M, Mr. Zhou led a sweeping transformation project at one of the nation’s largest dialysis providers, managing a team that identified and captured over $200 million in cash acceleration opportunity. Mr. Zhou also led a transformation project at one of the nation’s leading outpatient imaging businesses, leading a team that identified and captured more than $25 million in overall benefit.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zhou started his career in the Healthcare Performance Improvement practice at Huron Consulting Group, supporting RCM transformation work for flagship academic medical centers across the country.
Mr. Zhou earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and history from the University of Michigan.
