Brian Elliott

Mr. Elliott has expertise across the private equity deal cycle, leading operational diligence processes, rapid assessments, and performance improvement initiatives in industrials, automotive, packaging, consumer goods, and other industries.
Mr. Elliott’s notable engagements include his role as interim Integrated Supply Chain Director for the $250 million North American division of a $3 billion global Tier 2 automotive manufacturer. In this role, he led the Supply Chain team to reduce supplier components past due by 30%, cut the raw material inventory by 25%, and lower expedited freight costs by 90% over six months. For a $1 billion global diversified manufacturer, Mr. Elliott led a team of six consultants on a global indirect procurement assessment and cost savings implementation. Focusing on transportation (air and ocean), energy, and temporary labor, his team achieved over $10 million in annual savings on a $65 million spend base by utilizing levers such as the execution of requests for proposals, operational analytics, and organizational design and stand-up. Mr. Elliott also led a sourcing and working capital opportunity assessment for a $2 billion specialty industrial products manufacturer. He subsequently managed the client’s working capital, make-vs.-buy implementation workstreams, and sourcing across transportation, chemicals, maintenance, repairs, and operations. Mr. Elliott also led multiple direct material sourcing initiatives for a $450 million packaging company, identifying and delivering 12–20% savings per category in four of the client’s largest direct procurement categories.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Elliott spent over two years with Accenture’s Sourcing and Procurement practice in Chicago.
Mr. Elliott earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
