Blake Pierce
With more than 17 years of corporate performance improvement experience, Mr. Pierce has worked with clients across sectors such as energy, construction, manufacturing, utilities, and distribution services.
Mr. Pierce notably served as the Program Lead on multiple transformation initiatives across the portfolio companies of a prominent private equity firm. These involved business and technology assessments, enterprise resource planning (ERP) consolidation, process standardization, governance, and data analytics.
Mr. Pierce’s other notable assignments include leading a large finance transformation for Sysco that involved transitioning to shared services and business process outsourcing for 70+ operating companies, alongside implementing supporting technology and data integrations. For Fox Factory, he executed a purchasing transformation by establishing standard operating procedures, process improvements, supplier management capabilities, and operations reporting and analytics. He also led a business and technology readiness assessment for a new company being established by LUMA Energy under a joint venture. For Quanta Services, he led a fleet management program that included software selection, negotiations, global design, and implementation across the large global fleet. In addition, Mr. Pierce previously led an HR technology optimization project, integrating information across 25+ business units for centralized benefits, training and safety applications, and compliance reporting; he also managed an ERP implementation program across different teams.
Mr. Pierce earned bachelor’s degrees in electronic business and supply chain management from Texas Christian University.
