Blake Eastman
Mr. Eastman’s experience spans a wide array of software and technology sectors, including e-commerce, consulting and business services, and financial, educational, and agricultural technologies. He has advised on numerous cross-border transactions involving Canadian and European entities.
Mr. Eastman has worked with clients on a number of transaction-related matters, including analysis of recurring revenue, customer retention, bookings momentum, EBITDA, and cash flow; formulation and analysis of pro forma EBITDA; identification of value opportunities and deal breakers; general analysis of financial statements; and analysis of working capital and capital expenditure requirements. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in advising on sale and purchase agreements and purchase-price adjustment mechanisms.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Eastman worked at EY in the Transaction Services practice and the Audit practice.
Mr. Eastman earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Washington.
