Bill Peng

Mr. Peng’s notable engagements include developing performance improvement programs and helping to achieve profit targets for an automotive company in China; leading strategy planning and providing continuous implementation support for a prominent Chinese automotive company; driving strategy implementation support for a leading automotive company in China over a two-year period; providing digital transformation roadmap design for a new electric vehicle company; and designing and helping to implement a globalization and global acquisition strategy.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Peng served as Global Partner at McKinsey. Previously, he led the Automotive practice at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). He also worked at Roland Berger as a Senior Manager.
Mr. Peng earned a bachelor’s degree in air conditioning and refrigerator engineering from Nanchang University and an MBA from Tsinghua University.
