Bharadwaj Rallabandi

With over 18 years of experience, Mr. Bharadwaj has helped global and regional clients unlock growth, improve margins, and accelerate innovation. His notable engagements include leading multimarket transformation programs, enabling AI-driven growth strategies, and accelerating digital commerce capabilities. He has worked extensively across consumer goods, retail, and life sciences, helping clients navigate disruption and build future-ready operating models.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bharadwaj was with Accenture in India, where he led strategic engagements across global and local accounts. He was responsible for orchestrating complex digital transformation programs and leveraging Accenture’s cross-functional capabilities to deliver business outcomes at scale.
Mr. Bharadwaj has also held senior leadership roles with leading global conglomerates. At Johnson & Johnson, he served as Chief Information Officer, spearheading business transformation and technology initiatives across South Asia and North Asia. Previously, he worked at Unilever in India as well as at its global headquarters in London, where he led enterprise programs spanning new business models, e-commerce, go-to-market strategies, and operational excellence, driving large-scale multi-region digital initiatives.
Mr. Bharadwaj earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management—Mumbai.
