Arthur Grammaticopoulos

Mr. Grammaticopoulos’ notable engagements include the transformation of distribution networks for regional banks in France, the launch of a greenfield corporate bank in Benelux, divestiture of retail banking activities for a universal bank in China, NPL management optimisation, and M&A opportunity studies and commercial due diligences for retail and private banks in Europe.
Mr. Grammaticopoulos has worked with clients in more than 15 countries in various industries, including retail, private and investment banks, insurance companies, asset managers, insurance and credit brokers, and real estate companies.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Grammaticopoulos was Chief Transformation Officer with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, in charge of designing and steering the Group’s global efficiency plan. Previously, he spent 13 years working in financial services, both at Société Générale where he carried out audit and advisory projects group-wide within the General Inspection, and at Oliver Wyman, where, as a Principal, he steered and managed consulting projects for banking institutions.
Mr. Grammaticopoulos earned a master’s degree in economics and finance from Sciences Po Paris. A French national, he is fluent in French and English.
