As A&M’s Head of Financial Services in the Benelux region, Mr. Rozendaal brings over 20 years of experience in consulting and industry.  With a proven track record in delivering impact across complex problems, he has deep and wide-ranging experience with revenue growth and cost reduction in private banking, asset management, mortgages, and business lending.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rozendaal was Executive Board member at Saxo Bank, leading the global B2C business, and Managing Director (Personal Banking and Wealth Management) at UBS, focusing on affluent and private banking business in Switzerland. He was also a Partner at Oliver Wyman and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Rozendaal earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and a master’s degree in strategy and management from the London School of Economics.
