Anton Stetsenko
Mr. Stetsenko is a recognized leader in applied AI, corporate transformation, and M&A execution, with an unusual track record of taking AI products from concept to commercial scale. He has founded GenAI products, deployed agentic AI in private equity contexts, and architected enterprise AI roadmaps for Fortune 500 operators. Over the past five years, he has delivered more than $500 million in cumulative EBITDA impact across client engagements, spanning AI, digital, operational, and commercial transformations.
His industry experience spans industrials, consumer goods, SaaS, financial services, energy, power, chemicals, and infrastructure, with work delivered across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Founded and launched a GenAI product for enterprise contract analytics — drove the solution from MVP through the first commercial deployments, with a pipeline of 100+ enterprise clients.
Led development of agentic AI solutions across Sales, Procurement, and Work Management for private equity portfolio companies, enabling rapid value capture in post-close environments.
Architected an enterprise AI strategy and roadmap for a Fortune 500 industrial client, prioritizing 20+ near-term use cases and building the execution plan for $20M+ in annual EBITDA impact.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Stetsenko spent 10+ years at McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner in the Digital practice, advising Fortune 500 companies, private equity operators, and investors. Previously, he spent two years at Roland Berger, focusing on consumer goods, banking, and telecom. He began his career as founder and CEO of a venture-backed two-sided marketplace.
Mr. Stetsenko earned an MBA (Director's List) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School. He has completed Chartered Financial Analyst Level III. An American citizen, he is fluent in English and Ukrainian and conversational in French.
