Anthony McNulty is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in Glasgow. With over 25 years of operational and consulting experience in HR and reward, he advises organizations on how to align reward strategy with business goals to drive performance, workforce engagement, and long-term value.

Mr. McNulty specializes in the creation of workforce-related value through reward strategy, job architecture, work measurement, organization design, and the integration of reward with performance. He has led major reward transformation projects for complex global organizations, redesigning Total Rewards frameworks and implementing high-impact communication strategies across both individual and collectively bargained workforces. His work consistently achieves strong stakeholder alignment and enduring organizational impact.

Mr. McNulty’s areas of expertise include diagnosing the factors affecting reward strategy and strengthening the link between reward, engagement, and performance; creating job architectures that underpin organizational design, career progression, and internal equity; and designing sales and leadership incentive plans and performance management processes to maximize return on investment on payroll spend.

Before joining A&M, Mr. McNulty spent seven years at Korn Ferry, where he was a Senior Client Partner leading the Total Rewards practice for the U.K. market. 

Mr. McNulty earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Stirling, Scotland.
