With 16+ years of consulting and industry experience, Mr. Srivastava has partnered with leading telecom operators to design and execute large-scale transformations, enhance business performance, execute vendor ecosystem strategies, and establish scalable governance structures across functions.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Srivastava spent nine years with Bharti Airtel, where he led enterprise-wide cost transformation initiatives and spearheaded the insourcing of managed network services as part of the sourcing and procurement function. Previously, he worked with Ernst & Young and with Tata Teleservices, handling projects and roles across revenue acceleration, customer experience design, and end-to-end process improvement for B2C telecom businesses.

Mr. Srivastava earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology—Surat, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management—Calcutta.
