Andy Blundell

Mr. Blundell has a wealth of deals experience, working with large international private equity funds, corporate clients, and infrastructure funds in the U.K. and internationally. Mr. Blundell advises clients on all aspects of M&A tax, including buy-side and sell-side structuring, due diligence, complex group reorganizations, sale and purchase agreement (SPA) negotiations, funds flows, and cash tax modeling. He also has significant experience advising clients on the Pillar Two global minimum tax rules.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Blundell served with the Deals Tax team at PwC in both London and Glasgow, where he most recently served as a Director.
Mr. Blundell is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, respectively. Mr. Blundell earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Strathclyde.
