With more than 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Bravo combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, transaction-oriented approach. His areas of focus include tax due diligence, tax structuring on acquisitions and disposals, and transaction tax services, as well as broader corporate tax advisory matters. Mr. Bravo has worked with clients across a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer, healthcare, infrastructure, chemicals, retail, renewable energy, and financial services.

Previously, Mr. Bravo spent over 15 years with Deloitte Tax, where he served as an M&A Tax Partner, advising clients on a wide range of national and international tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, as well as on a day-to-day advisory basis.

Mr. Bravo earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Bocconi University, and he is a Chartered Accountant and a Statutory Auditor. He is fluent in Italian and English, and he also speaks French.
