With more than 24 years of experience in finance and operations, Mr. Bedi specializes in scaling operations and increasing profitability with the commercial excellence program. He has deep experience in finance, tax, and FP&A, running multiple complex business units with diverse business needs.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bedi spent 20 years at Bain & Company in India, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. He led the scaling of Bain’s operations in India—right from the time of market entry to present day—on multiple fronts, including core finance and tax, commercial excellence, talent model, staffing optimization, profitability improvement, consulting operations, and the Global Capability Center.

Mr. Bedi earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and an executive postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with specialization in international taxation.
