Alison Fink is a Senior Director of Finance with Alvarez & Marsal's Transaction Advisory Group in Chicago. She specializes in financial reporting and analysis. Her primary areas of concentration are budgeting, forecasting, tracking of KPIs around billable and non-billable staff, reporting and tracking of priority accounts, and internal initiatives around IT, AP and AR operations.
With more than 20 years of extensive finance, deal modeling and operations experience with monthly one-on-one access to C-suite executives, Ms. Fink was an integral part of the merger of two private parking companies, including personnel synergy tracking and G&A efficiency savings.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Fink worked with Cardinal Health, CB Richard Ellis, and SP Plus (formerly Standard Parking) where she spent eight years as the Regional Finance Director and key contact for the division on financial statement analysis, budgeting processes and proforma modeling for new parking deals.
Ms. Fink earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and investment banking from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
