With more than 18 years of professional services experience, Mr. Taki has provided advisory services to a wide range of private equity and corporate clients in Europe and the Middle East. This has included commenting on and negotiating the financial aspects of SPAs, enterprise value to equity value bridge analysis, assisting in the preparation, review, or dispute of completion, and supporting on earn-out accounts and providing financial due diligence services.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Taki spent six years with PwC in Paris. He worked in the Transaction Services department and subsequently joined the SPA team. Prior to moving to Paris, Mr. Taki spent 11 years with PwC and Deloitte in their Dubai and Beirut offices, working in the Audit and Transaction Services practices.

Mr. Taki earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the American University of Beirut. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New Hampshire.
