Mr. Finkelstein’s primary areas of concentration are working with leading enterprises globally to build their cyber resilience, crafting cutting-edge cyber services, and leading A&M’s GCRS Delivery Center of Excellence in Tel Aviv.

With more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital resilience, and crisis management, Mr. Finkelstein is an expert in leading major security programs worldwide to advise Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations on strengthening their cyber defenses and managing risk. Collaborating closely with executives and security teams, he helps organizations enhance resilience and respond effectively to evolving cyber threats.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Finkelstein served as Senior Vice President of Global Client Leadership and Chief Revenue Officer at Sygnia, a leading cybersecurity and incident response firm. In this role, he led teams across North America, EMEA, Asia–Pacific and Japan, and Latin America; drove trusted client partnerships; and oversaw global go-to-market and growth initiatives. Before that, Mr. Finkelstein held leadership positions at Comsec Consulting, where he managed European operations. He began his professional career at Northgate Information Solutions, advising UK government organizations as a senior consultant.

Mr. Finkelstein earned a bachelor’s degree in management science from the University of Manchester and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics. A recognized thought leader, he regularly speaks at leading cybersecurity conferences, conducts board and C-suite workshops on cyber strategy, and contributes articles to top industry publications.
