Adam Chir

With more than 15 years of experience in disruptive technology, program management, business plan development, lean enterprise management, and process development and optimization, Mr. Chir has held several leadership positions in research and development (R&D), product development, manufacturing, and transformation.
Mr. Chir’s notable assignments include leading the transformation of the Projects division of a U.K.-based utility company, conducting due diligence of a financial services technology company, and providing performance improvement to a FTSE-listed facilities management company. Mr. Chir was also responsible for leading the development of a five-year plan for an optics technology company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Chir spent 15 years with Rolls-Royce in the U.K., where he served as Program Executive. In this role, he led several technology, capability, and supply chain transformation programs. He led improvements to a £200 million manufacturing supply chain within a business unit with £1 billion in turnover, transferring supplier operations management of 13,000 parts across 70 key suppliers delivering to 14 global engine assembly and manufacturing facilities.
Mr. Chir earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nottingham in the U.K. He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
