Abhishek Jain is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in New Delhi. He specializes in financial due diligence, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors.
With 10+ years of diligence experience, Mr. Jain has worked with a diverse set of clients, including large and mid-market private equity funds, large Indian conglomerates, and venture capital firms. His notable assignments include key M&A and private equity investments in multi-specialty and single-specialty hospitals, as well as diagnostics.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jain spent eight years with KPMG India’s Transaction Services—Financial Due Diligence practice, where he served as an Associate Director. During his tenure, he worked across sectors, including e-commerce, infrastructure, and technology.
