Brian Cejka

With more than 25 years of financial management experience, Mr. Cejka’s primary areas of focus include developing and evaluating strategic business plans and related financial projections, developing cash and liquidity forecasting and monitoring programs, and leading companies in their efforts to prepare for and implement restructurings. He has also been involved in developing and negotiating refinancing and recapitalization plans, as well as plans of reorganization.
Mr. Cejka has advised on a number of engagements including Golfsmith International, a specialty golf retailer in the U.S. and Canada; Country Fresh, a leading provider of fresh-cut fruit, apple slices, vegetable, snacking solutions and meal kit components; and General Nutrition Centers (GNC), a manufacturer and specialty retailer of health and wellness products that operated over 9,000 stores across the world including over 6,800 stores in the U.S. He also advised American Achievement Corporation, a manufacturer and direct marketer of jewelry, photo and print, apparel and affinity products operating under such names as Balfour and the Iconic Photography group.
Additionally, Mr. Cejka advised for Empire Today, a national flooring company that was rated one of the top 200 brands in the US; for TCFC Finance Company, owners of the Canyons and Park City Mountain Ski Resorts; for Roadrunner Transportation, an asset-light supply chain solutions provider of less-than-truckload, truckload, temperature-controlled, intermodal, expedited, and domestic and international air services; and The Brock Group, a premier industrial specialty maintenance/capital services provider of scaffolding, insulation, coatings and other related services.
Mr. Cejka earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing), and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
