Mr. Khoo has a proven track record of advising companies throughout North America and Europe on critical initiatives such as cost reduction, facility rationalization, process and operational improvements, liquidity forecasting, working capital management, business plan development, and both in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings. He has also served in several interim management roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer.

Some of his notable clients include: iHeartMedia, Monitronics, The Wing, NBG Home, American Achievement Corporation, Walter Investment Management, Vion Foods, The Greenery, California Resources Corporation, Waypoint Leasing, and WeWork.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Khoo served as a Strategy Consultant with Bain & Company. Before that, he worked as an Investment Banker with Bankers Trust, where he focused on high-yield debt and leveraged finance.

Mr. Khoo earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
