Mr. Merchant’s client work spans some of the most significant transformations in media. He has delivered more than $50 million in savings for a leading global streaming platform, redesigned the digital supply chain from the ground up for a major music label, and led the strategy and planning for a $1 billion divestiture at a leading education technology company. Across engagements, Mr. Merchant has helped legacy media organizations restructure operating and cost models to compete in an evolving, digital-first environment by aligning strategic priorities with technology investment and positioning clients to capture value from data, digital platforms, and AI.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Merchant held Managing Director roles at Accenture Strategy and Monitor Deloitte.

Mr. Merchant earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. As a recognized industry voice, he has been featured at the Consumer Electronics Show and Mobile World Congress and has authored multiple flagship thought leadership papers on the future of media.
