With more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, Mr. Zaregaonkar has advised leading banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), asset management firms, and fintech organizations on large-scale transformation initiatives. 

Mr. Zaregaonkar’s notable assignments include leading enterprise-wide transformation programs and building scalable digital platforms for financial institutions across lending, brokering, and micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises. He has focused on helping organizations accelerate digital capabilities and AI adoption while aligning strategic priorities with measurable business outcomes and value realization. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zaregaonkar spent over nine years with EY, where he served as a Partner leading the Financial Services Digital Transformation practice in India. He was responsible for driving growth, leading strategic transformation programs, building high-performing consulting teams, and expanding capabilities in emerging technologies and AI-led modernization. 

Mr. Zaregaonkar earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Mumbai University and completed a postgraduate program in management for executives at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
