With 30 years of experience, Ms. Scott brings both private equity and public company tax expertise. She has worked with large consolidated corporate groups as well as complex tiered partnerships. Her focus over the past 20 years has been on tax and finance value creation for private equity portfolio companies. Ms. Scott has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and technology. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Scott spent a combined total of 17 years with EY, where she most recently served as Global Client Services Partner, advising several upper-middle-market private equity clients. Prior to EY, Ms. Scott was a Partner with PwC, where she most recently served as Tax and Audit Practice Leader with Private Client Services.

Ms. Scott earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Georgia. She holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Georgia. Ms. Scott is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs. She is also a member of Leadership Atlanta Class of 2014 and previously sat on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta.
